Mindful Parenting at the Pulaski Library

Parenting isn’t easy. Babies aren’t born with an instruction manual, and there are so many conflicting ideas of what it means to be a good parent. Add to this the many stressors of parenthood—finances, relationships, work-life balance, and so much more—and it is no wonder we make mistakes.

A mindful approach to parenting will not make the stressors go away, but it will give you better tools to deal with them, and help you parent more effectively than you already do.

On the second Wednesday of every month at 4:30pm, InStill Mindfulness hosts Mindful Parenting classes at the Pulaski Library. Each month we host a different class with a different teacher to expose you to a broad range of approaches that help make parenting more easeful, joyful, and skillful.

These classes are freely offered, and donations gratefully accepted.
