Big news (for us): InStill is moving office! We have been asked to leave our Floyd office by the end of the year, and this has provided us with the opportunity to move into a space where we can do a whole lot more to cultivate a mindful world for all.
Our new space, in the Beans and Rice building in Pulaski, is in the heart of town and includes a practice space. We plan to use it to introduce mindfulness-related practices to a whole new population - one which has had minimal exposure to mindfulness to-date.
So we need your support:
- We're going to need volunteers to help share mindful presence, mindfulness practices, and mindfulness-related techniques;
- We would appreciate a few dollars to help facilitate our move; and
- We need ongoing support to subsidize our programming in Pulaski, for populations who cannot afford to pay for it.
