Join Martha Kastler to release chronic tension and move with deep awareness through Somatic movements based on the teaching of Thomas Hanna. Martha practices clinical somatic movement at the Grandin Wellness Center to help individuals find pain relief and greater ease of movement. She assists you in finding the healer within to correct posture following injury or from imbalanced postural habits. This is a process of neuromuscular re-education that is both pleasurable and meditative.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket when you attend this class.
